London boroughs enforce parking through Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) under civil enforcement. Appeals go to the London Tribunals adjudication service.

The South East region includes counties from Kent to Oxfordshire. Councils here use civil parking enforcement, with appeals handled by the Traffic Penalty Tribunal.

From Cornwall to Gloucestershire, South West councils enforce parking through PCNs. Appeals are handled by the Traffic Penalty Tribunal.
