It also raises questions that go beyond road safety statistics. As enforcement becomes less visible, less dependent on drivers spotting a flash or a distinctive yellow box, there's a broader conversation to be had about transparency, public trust, and how much of this kind of monitoring should be obvious to the people it affects.
